Break-In and Dog Theft

In another report where the doors were left unlocked, the victim reported the theft of two dogs.  Wilkes County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to investigate the break-in and theft at a house on Windsor Drive in North Wilkesboro.  The property owner reported that when she returned home that she found the back door standing open.  The only thing reported missing was her two dogs.  The missing dogs are described as a Pitbull puppy and a Japanese Chin Dog.  There was no word on witnesses or suspects in this incident.  The investigation is ongoing.
