In the Window

In a yet another outbuilding break-in and theft, again the doors were locked but somehow a thief got in the building.  According to the theft report, the victim told Wilkes Sheriff’s Deputies that he put a weedeater and hammer drill in his outbuilding beside his home on Eagle Lane back on October 1.  He did lock the door to the building.  Then this week, he noticed that the weedeater and hammer drill were gone.  This time, investigators think that the thief was able to get in through an unlocked window.  Stolen property is valued at 500 dollars.  Again, there are no suspects.
