A white-male loaded up a shopping cart with tools and then pushed it out the pharmacy entrance. The problem was: he didn’t stop by the check-out line to pay for the tools before leaving the store. When store employees confronted the man in the parking lot, he took off running toward KFC. Wilkesboro Police caught up with the man on Hwy 421. The man, Ricky McMillion of North Wilkesboro, was stopped and arrested by Police. He was identified by store employees at the man who tried to steal the tools valued at 500 dollars. McMillion was charged with misdemeanor larceny and with an outstanding warrant. He was taken to jail with a 1500 dollar bond.
