River Regatta For Rainbow Center

This Saturday, July 14^th, it a Yadkin River Regatta and a fun run on the Yadkin River to benefit Barium Springs Rainbow Center in Wilkesboro.  The event begins Saturday at 9am at Superfly Outdoor Sports on Hwy 268 West in Wilkesboro and ends at Smoot Park in North Wilkesboro.  It’s easy flowing for 7 miles with prizes awarded at the end for first, second, third, slowest, and best dressed boat.  All ages and experience levels are welcome.  Entry fee of 35 dollars includes breakfast, refreshments, kayak or canoe rental, and shuttle service.  And, 100 percent of the proceeds benefit the Rainbow Children’s Center.  For information call 336-990-0780 or go online www.superflyoutdoorsports.com
