Prank Calls

First they received prank phone calls at home and then they received strange text messages on their cell phone.  According to the investigation report, a couple stopped by the Wilkes County Sheriff’s Office concerning recent phone calls they had received.  The couple reported that for a few days they received phone calls at their home where someone would call and then just hang up.  Then they received an odd text message about hidden bodies.  It was at that point that the couple decided to contact local law enforcement.  The Sheriff’s Department is trying to track down who sent the message.  A call was placed to the number that sent the text message, but no one answered.  All they heard was a voice mail with a man’s voice.  That investigation is continuing.
