Larceny But No Charges

Larceny was reported at a home on Hill Avenue. The residents reported many things missing and there is a suspect in the theft that the Wilkesboro Police Department is investigating. Some of these items include jewelry, video games, and a sewing machine. These items had been taken while the residents were away on vacation. After tracking down the suspect, he admitted to stealing and selling the things that were missing from the home. He also said that his brother-in-law had taken some other items too. These missing items were found and given back to the residents who chose not to press charges.
