Tools Stolen from Home Site

The tools at a local house under construction were stolen from the jobsite.  In a report filed with the Wilkes Sheriff’s Department, a victim called to report a theft from his home site.  There was no break-in as the construction is not yet completed.  The thief or thieves took a chainsaw, pipe cutter, shovel, and hammers.  There are no suspects at this time.  The home site is on Pennell Road and the theft happened sometime over the weekend.  The Sheriff’s Department is continuing to investigate.
