One Seen On Video

When you need auto parts, go to an auto parts store.  When you need a license tag, go to the state license tag bureau.  Or, if you’re a less than honest person, you may just choose to steal what you need.  A Mt. Zion resident called to report a theft from his vehicle.  Sometime during the overnight hours, someone stole the wheels and tires from his Chevy Blazer.  The victim found the vehicle up on blocks.  Stolen property is valued at 900 dollars.  Then Dixie Grading & Equipment called to report the theft of a tag.  The license tag was stolen from a Ford Truck owned by the company.  There was surveillance video at the Hwy 421 location where the truck was parked, and the thief was caught on video.  Sheriff’s Deputies are working on identifying the thief and charges are pending.
