Marital Shoplifting

Well we have reported on mother/daughter shoplifting teams, the buddy system for shoplifting involving a couple of friends, and now we have a husband and wife duo from North Wilkesboro.  Perhaps they included in their vows to love, honor, and shoplift til death do us part or until we are arrested.  In a report filed with the Wilkesboro Police Department this week, Police were called to Kohls regarding a theft.  The husband and wife thieving duo were observed by store employees taking and concealing merchandise.  They then left the store without paying for the stolen items.  The two were detained by store employees until Police could arrive.  The married couple were not arrested but were given a citation for  misdemeanor larceny.  They were released happily ever after.
