New Food Rules Educational Program at Walker Center
Monday, August 27, 2012 at 9:46AM The Environmental Health Division of the Wilkes County Health Department will be holding an educational program about the new food rules governing food protection and sanitation of foodservice establishments at Wilkes Community College at the John A. Walker Center on Tuesday August 28th from 6:00pm- 8:00pm. This education program is open to all foodservice facilities and will highlight some of the important rule changes for NC foodservice industry which go into effect on September 1, 2012.
