Wilkes Relay for Life This Weekend

The Wilkes Relay for Life event is scheduled for this weekend at Wilkes Community College Watson stage starting tonight.  Recently, 3WC spoke with the co-chairs of the Wilkes Relay about the event.  Sherry Dancy reminded us what the Relay for Life event is all about:  AIR  Teams and individuals donate money through year-long fund-raisers that all come together at the Walk.  Wendy Porter says the money raised has many uses.  AIR  For more information, you can find Wilkes County Relay for Life on Facebook or call 927-7215 or 957-7680.  Again, the Relay for Life event on the campus of Wilkes Community begins this evening.
