Giving Porn to a Minor

The Wilkes Sheriff’s Department is conferring with the DA’s office concerning what charges will be filed against a Wilkes County man for disseminating harmful material to a minor.  The juvenile’s parents called the Sheriff’s Department after their 16-year-old daughter was given a pornographic magazine.  Warrants have already been issued for the suspect’s arrest and additional charges are pending direction from the DA’s office.
