Home Dedication for "The Home"

A home in Wilkes to help more children is being dedicated this week.  The Ebenezer Christian Children’s Home has announced the upcoming dedication of The Shepherd House.  This house located on Sunset Road in North Wilkesboro was donated to the Ebenezer group of homes by Raydell Shepherd following the death of her son John Shepherd.  John was a former employee of 3WC Radio.  The home sits on over 10 acres of land and will be a home for 5 additional children in need.  The public is invited to come celebrate this wonderful home during the dedication ceremony on Friday, August 10^th at 6pm at The Shepherd House at 598 Sunset Road in North Wilkesboro.  Ebenezer Christian Children’s Home continues to provide children in Wilkes and surrounding counties who are in need of their services with a safe and loving place to call home.
