Two Thefts From One Location

Wilkesboro Police are investigating a couple of similar reports from the same location in town.  First, Police were called out to Cub Creek Apartments in Wilkesboro Wednesday night regarding a car break-in.  The victim showed Police where the truck latch had been pried open causing damage to the trunk lid of the car.  Once inside the vehicle, the thief took 2 JL speakers, a speaker box, and amplifier.  Stolen property is valued at 650 dollars; damages are estimated at 600 dollars.  While Police Officers were taking that report, another Cub Creek Apartment resident came by to report a theft of a speaker from his storage unit.  The storage unit, which is behind his apartment, was entered and a Kicker/Solo CBR speaker and speaker box were stolen.  This time stolen property was valued at 300 dollars.  There are no suspects at this time.
