Business Break-In in Wilkesboro

A local Wilkesboro business was broken into over the weekend.  Someone from Browns Ford Sports Cards on New Browns Ford Road called the Wilkes Sheriff’s Office concerning the break-in.  It appears the thief or thieves came in through a window where an air conditioner unit was located.  Stolen property included some gold coins, cash, and tools.  The stolen property totaled 700 dollars, plus damages to the A/C unit and window are estimated at 1000 dollars.  There is no word on suspects.
