Many Tools Taken

Over 11,000 dollars in property was taken from a rental house on Windy Ridge Road.  In a report filed with the Wilkes Sheriff’s Office, a property owner was working on some rental property that is currently unoccupied.  The owner was making some improvements before renting out the house again.  On Sunday, someone entered the house and took several tools including 2 nailguns, a Skil Saw, a drill, a light, some batteries, and some hand tools.  Again the stolen tools were valued over 11,000 dollars.  Sheriff’s Officials do have a suspect in the break-in and theft and charges are pending further investigation.
