Arrested at the Scene

Three people were arrested at the scene.  The Wilkes Sheriff's Office was called out over the weekend to a report of trespassers at a house on Freedom Drive in Millers Creek.  When Deputies arrived, they found 3 people at a house that was broken into.  The house was entered, property was taken, and the safe was opened.  Deputies arrested Tommy Shomaker for breaking & entering, larceny, safecracking, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  The two female accomplices:  Kesha McManus and Taryn Staley were arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.  All stolen property was recovered at the scene.
